2025 Vacancies at Llyn Gwynant Campsite and Barns
We are seeking new staff for the 2025 season including some permanent positions. Do you love the outdoors and want to work hard, while having amazing recreational opportunities on your doorstep? Experience is an advantage while energy and a desire to help people enjoy a beautiful site is essential.
We are open from mid March to October and our main season runs from April to the end of September. Staff work approximately 38 hours per week depending on business levels, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Seasonal Campsite Warden
£12.60 per hour
Do you want to work in a beautiful outdoor setting, as part of a young energetic team to ensure the smooth running of the campsite? Do you want to work hard in the summer and have time off during the winter for travel or other activities?
As a seasonal warden you will have range of responsibilities including welcoming and checking-in guests using our computer system, preparing the campsite grounds when guests depart and cleaning the campsite facilities to a high standard.
You will be a visible contact point for our customers, helping them with any issues.
You will also complete shifts in our outside food outlet selling lunchtime paninis, evening pizzas or other meals, or working on weekends in our busy wedding bar in Llyn Gwynant Barns, if you have bar experience.
Your working hours will be governed by our shift roster and you may be required to work any hours between 6am and 2am. Weekend and bank holiday working is required.
You will be friendly, self-motivated, mature and driven to deliver excellent customer service.
Experience of cleaning, catering work are desirable but not essential as full training will be given for any tasks you are expected to complete.
If you aren’t living locally, we may be able to provide accommodation on site or you may bring your own caravan/motorhome.
This role would be perfect for somebody keen on the outdoors and is a great opportunity to be out and about in the mountains on your days off.
